If your item arrives damaged, you must record a clear video while opening your package. This video is the only way for us to verify if an item was damaged during shipping, and without it, we cannot offer a replacement. We exclusively offer replacements, not refunds, for damaged items. A refund will only be issued if the specific item you ordered is no longer available. Before we ship your new item, you will need to return the damaged piece to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any items that have been installed or used. All sales are final, meaning we do not allow cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please contact us with unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery, we accept returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
