Nagapadam Jewels specializes in high-quality imitation jewelry. While we make every effort to
display our products as accurately as possible, please note that colors and details may vary
slightly due to screen settings and lighting. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are
subject to change without notice.
Payments and Orders
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
● Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD)
payment option. Please note that all COD orders will incur an additional, non-refundable
handling fee of ₹49, which will be added to your total at checkout.
● Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase a product. A contract for sale is
only formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been
shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times are estimates
and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. The risk of loss
and ownership of the products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Exchanges, and the Unboxing Video Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges only for items
that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
● Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or
defects, you must provide a complete and uncut unboxing video. This video must start
with the sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label, and continue through the
entire unboxing process until the product is fully inspected.
● Claim Process: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours
of delivery, accompanied by the required unboxing video. Claims without a complete video
will not be entertained.
Limitation of Liability
Nagapadam Jewels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, even if we have been advised
of the possibility of such damages
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Thiruvananthapuram.
